FAQs
What do I need to do before I can start driving?
You need a provisional driving licence from DVLA, be at least 17 years old, and be able to read a number plate from 20 metres. When practicing privately, display L plates and have supervision from someone over 21 who has held a full UK licence for 3+ years.
How many lessons will I need to pass my test?
Most learners need about 45 hours of professional instruction plus 20 hours of practice. Our DVSA-approved instructors will assess your progress and let you know when you’re test-ready.
What happens if I don't pass my driving test?
Don’t worry – many don’t pass first time. We’ll review your examiner’s feedback and provide targeted lessons to address weak areas. After the 10-day waiting period, we can help book your next test.
How long is a driving lesson?
We offer 1hour and 2hours lessons. Depending on your circumstances, we could advise the length of lesson that will best suit you per time.
What areas do you cover for driving lessons?
We provide lessons throughout Coventry and surrounding areas. Our instructors know local test routes and will ensure you’re prepared for all road types and traffic conditions.
